1 You must have 40 posts
2 be active every other day

Yeah, because the council is an honour for sith and jedi alike, just look at how many people are in the council each army/side.
So yes, 40 or so.

I will become a council member if you need it, from what Tiron has currently posted he could be a good council member too I suppose.

This is Tiron's first time on an RPG site so we will have to see how he does. but hopefully if he is active he will get on the council.
